This website

shawnmian.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from anyone else. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font CDN, so loading a page does not reveal your visit to a third party.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. That is Cloudflare's processing, not mine — I have no analytics dashboard and do not build profiles of visitors.

SwingSpot

The SwingSpot iPhone app has its own privacy policy atswingspot.app/privacy. If you reached this page from an older build of the app, that is the page that applies to your account.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data held about you. Since this site holds none, there is nothing to act on, but if you believe otherwise, email[email protected] and I will respond within 30 days.
